Description
This bed frame and chair are all that's left of an old cabin located at Long Point NL. Many of the old cabins used by fishermen over the years since the 1960's resettlement are in various states of disrepair. Long Point is still used as a summer fishing community, but this image leaves me feeling sad for a way of life that is now almost lost. It leaves me longing for my past and for one more forgotten time and place. People should never forget their roots.
